A spatial tool for groups to assess issues and vote on a series of questions in sequence using two criteria.
A series of questions or issues can be identified in advance, or from another tool, for rapid voting.
Facilitators can freeze a vote at any time and focus attention on the results dislay to allow discussion and analysis.
A dynamic display shows the Mean and Standard Deviation — updating as avatars move on the voting floor grid.
Results of meeting are recorded and instantly available to authorized participants in formated reports, HTML, PDF.

| Participants move their avatars to their voting position along the 10-point scale x and y axis representing the two criteria. Nothing else is required of the participants. The facilitator freezes the results display after each vote to give everyone an opportunity to see an understsnd the results. Thre whole process is fluid and efficient with the results fully documented. |

Project leaders and facilitators have Administrator Access to manage all aspects of their meetings. • Participants register at the Center and request to join a group. • Nametags are provided to display real names if desired. • An adminsitrator gets the request to join a group and assigns guests to the appropriate meeting. • Administrators set permissions for tools and control access to online reports. Reports are available in two formats: • HTML format for individual activites of individual tools. • PDF format for combined activities ofall toold used in the meeting. It all happens in real time for all the meeting participnts, no matter where they are located. |
